THEY WANT TOO MANY DOCUMENTS WHICH I DON'T HAVE, DOCUMENTS WHICH DONT EVEN APPEAR IN THE POLICY DOCUMENT WHEN HANDING A CLAIM, THEY REQUIRE THINGS LIKE (LETTER OF AUTHORITY FROM THE MAGISTRATE (THE ONE THAT STATES WHERE THE ASSETS OF THE DECEASED SHOULD GO TO), THEY WANT BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE OR STILL BIRTH CERTIFICATES (THE ONE THAT SHOWS BOTH PARENT'S NAMES) AND THOSE CERTIFICATES TAKE 8MONTHS TO BE ISSUED BY HOME AFFAIRS.

THE POLICY DOCUMENT ONLY STATES THAT THE BENEFICIARY SHOULD SUBMIT DECEASED ID, DEATH CERIFICATE, B1663 FORM, AND THE BENEFICIARY SHOULD SUMBIT ID, BANK STATEMENT AND AFFIDAVIT STATING HOW HE/SHE RELATES TO THE DECEASED.

WHAT IF THE LETTER OF AUTHORITY SHOWS THAT THE ASSETS OF THE DECEASED SHOULD BE SHARED AMONG FIVE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT BENEFICIARIES IN THE METROPOLITAN POLICY? DOES THIS MEAN THEY SHOULD ALSO BE GIVEN A SHARE IN THE MONEY?
