On the day of 16th October I received the worst customer service @ Capitec and African bank, but @ Standard Bank, Ncedo brightened up my day with extreme professionalism and friendliness. He was a great help and is truly a great asset to Standard Bank. Thanks again Ncedo. Mr. Moosa
