After so much struggle with service delivery from MiWay regarding a towing issue which led to me cancelling my policy. Henry was very helpful and could explain things and put them into perspective for me.
It is really people like you that are needed to deliver great customer service because sometimes it's not even about what you say to a customer but how you say it.
My day had been spoilt after the shocking service I received from Tarryn who then dropped the call on my ear after she said she just could not assit further and needed authorisation, which was not even the case.
Needless to say I am still proudly a MiWay client, thanks to people like Henry!
