Absa not giving feedback or Payout Claim

I had a Geyser burst Saturday.
Logged a claim with Absa Building Insurance.
The plumber came to my house on Sunday had excuses on why they can't replace my geyser.
I then phoned a company that installed my solar for me and they replaced my geyser for me with a warranty.
I phoned Absa to inform them that I have done this and that they need to pay me out for the replacement.
The one lady said that they still waiting for a report from Foggie.
I phoned today and waited more than 30min for a consultant, Lettie told me that I need to forward her the invoice for the geyser replacement. And still need to fill in forms. Why couldn't they tell me to that from the begging?
Now its going to take even longer for the payout and I need to pay the guys that installed my new geyser.
I must say that ABSA building insurance service big time.
Will move to Outsurance after this claim has been processed.
