I have just insured my new car with outsurance. They told me that I will require a tracker system and they would get the relevant person to contact me. I specially left the car at the dealership for a week so that the tracker could be installed there. Imagine my surprise when I collected the car and there was no tracker!! I called outsurance and the person I spoke to said that no tracker request was never sent!!! He said he would send a request. As to date I have not received any call from tracker or outsurance. Unfortunately if any thing happens to my car it will be outsurance's problem and not mine as they failed to deliver!!! If nothing is sorted out I will of course be changing companies.
