Yesterday when i wanted to look at my account balance, i was shocked to see that there has been a debit order for R399, 00 deducted from my account. I do not understand this and i want my money back! i have been a client with standard bank since i was 10 or 12 years old and i cant believe how pathetic it is! just deducting money from my account with no warning what so ever! and i don't understand it especially because i have never in my life signed up or allowed or gave my permission for ANY debit order to go off my account! On my statement it says BOL NAEDO DEBIT LDISCOVERY and I have absolutely no freakin idea what that is so i don't care what you do or where you are going to get it from but you better make sure that my money is paid back into my account.i don't know if you can just reverse it or whatever, i don't care! i just need and want my money back as soon as possible and i would like to know who gave you the permission to take my money that i work hard for every freakin day??? i want a explanation and a apology from whoever gave permission for this! just get my money back into my account and i will leave it there.thank you
