We canceled our investment with jbl wealth on 08/03/2013 and the deduction of R2000-00 from our account. Up to date they have still not paid out our investment and the monthly deduction of R2000-00 is still being taken from our account.
When we first started our investment with JBL wealth the service we received was excellent, its just sad to see that now that we are trying to cancel the investment and get our money paid out they are dragging their feet and still taking their monthly debit order of our account.
This was the last thing we expected from a big investment firm like JBL Wealth.
