I have a Absa account from 1999. In 2009 I applied for Debt Review but cancelled it within a week. Since then, Absa don't want to give me any credit. I went to Absa branches to correct the mistake that I am not on Debt Review multiple times. At the branch they keep telling me that they don't pick up that I am on debt review but as soon as I want to apply for something, they say I am on debt review. I have no idea on how to fix this. Even on the credit bureau is no Debt Review Status. Please help.
