So after I complained on Hello Peter and sent an email to their Groupon Support, I received an email stating that delivery would take place on 8.02.13. Friday has come and gone and still not one step closer to recieving my pots. If I didn't call them on Friday, I would never have known that they are disputing proof of payment. I sent them the copy of proof of payment on Friday and still nothing. This after I had correspondent with them during December when I changed delivery address and on Monday receiving an email stating that I would receive it n Friday 08 February 2013. This process has been going on since 19 November 2012 and not one person at Groupon informed us that there is a dispute regarding the payment. Why did they send us an apology email twice and state that delivery would take place on Friday? I have to date not recieved a tracking number which I have requested on a few occassions. So they've been sitting with my money since November 2012 and never contacted us once all the contact we received is due to our initiation. What type of Mickey-Mouse business is this. I will never purchase anything from them again and will not recommend them to anyone!
