Slow response time of groupon!!!

I usually buy vouchers from Groupon, but for my birthday my husband decided to surprise me. It was his first Groupon purchase. He purchased the wash, cut and blow dry deal from Chea Beaux in Claremont. He went ahead and made a n appointment for 12.30 on the 1 st of August 2013. We got to the salon and he revealed the surprise to me. I then proceeded to ask him where the printed voucher was. It was the first that he had heard of that as I usually handle the Groupon specials. Anyway, I went into the salon and spoke to the receptionist and explained to her that my husband was trying to get hold of Groupon in order for them to resend the voucher. In the panic he had forgotten his Groupon login password. He contacted a Groupon consultant who promised to reset his password. Still nothing! I'm sooo soooo disappointed. The receptionist said that i couldn't do my hair before I presented the voucher. I should be refunded on this voucher as I did show up for the appointment, but Groupon employees were slow in trying to help us. What a waste of money,!!!
