Refusing to pay refund
Scuba training course - Paid for diving course more than 6 weeks ago, but they apparently were out of lecturing material then. They undertook to deliver the course material to me 5 times allready, but still nothing. I insisted on them paying back my money which they promised to do about 4 times ...
