I went to Lemon Tree Shopping Centre on the 25/09/13. At approx 18:20, outside the Woolworths entrance was a beggar, asking shoppers for bread, i was inside for about 25 mins, as i was standing in the queue to pay, only then did the beggar move and go stand outside the entrance of Spur. How on ...
