I went to Antalis this morning to collect my order. I had made prior arrangements to collect. I was told the despatch opens at 7.30am. I arrived at 7.45. The lady at reception said that the guys at despatch start despatching at 8.00am. So i asked her, but dont they start work at 7.30am, to which ...
