Complaint 1: I signed up for uncapped hosting as you get 12 months free with an uncapped ADSL account. My assumption was that at the end of 12 months the service would just expire unless I chose to continue the service and pay the monthly fee. NOWHERE in the initial sign up does MWEB clearly ...
