Went in yesterday 7sept to buy a bed. Arranged with floor manager to pick it up today at 9. Arrived at 9 today manager was not there only arrived at 9:45. When i asked for the bed he said he does not have stock. He will maybe have later in week. Could he not told me yesterday? This is poor service ...
