Bad OBF Service - iPhone 5
On the 29th of January i picked up my iPhone 5 from Cell C. It had a defective battery and I took it back to the store within 48 hours. I was informed of the 7-14 day OBF policy and given a Nokia 1209 as a courtesy phone. Not good enough for an iPhone 5 replacement IMO. 14 days came and went, ...
