No 1. I spent 3 hours at home trying to perform the device switch, logged in with my Blackberry ID, no contacts were transferred, tried to download the Blackberry Link from the internet to get a message saying it is not available in RSA... Back to the Vodacom shop in Galleria to see the technician ...
