Appalling manners
The person was rude from beginning until the end. very disrespectful and sarcastic in his speech. commanding and bossing me around. very impatient as well. he made my experience very unpleasant. i expect an apology from this staff member. i refuse to not be valued as a customer who brings revenue. ...
