Worst shaping in SA
I have a 10mb adsl line, Afrihost tells me that they have a "dynamic" shaping policy. I have requested feedback from their facebook page. But seems to go unheard. Currently accoring to the syste, (time of writing) i should be shaped @ 12.5% on HTTP and 6.25% on P2P. It is 20:50 at night ...
