So we tested this today. You pay a bribe of R1800 at 3Riviere Traffic Department and you are guaranteed your license. If not - well... you will fail. We watched someone roll the car and still get their licence (at R1800 extra)... and then someone who did not pay the extra funds and failed - 80 ...
