This company refuses to cancel my membership even though I joint in late may and they never even deducted the first installment.they keep giving me the same explanation about it being a 35 month contract and im unable to cancel.we cannot aford the installements therefore must cancel nor do I want to be a member. Iv dealt with precious, Lorna, Nevashni, bernadette and Arni.iv spoken to my legal adviser and he advised me to report them to the consumer commission, as firstly he day we entered into he agreement I asked the consultant if we could cancel at any time and he said "ofcourse if you not happy you may cancel" that falls under the consumer right no6..right to fair & honest dealing*the right against misleading representitives. Consumer right no7.. Right to fair and reasonable terms and conditions and the right to cancel a fixed term agreement. I gave them a R1500 deposit and I expect that back as this is just and outrage! all the consultants refuses to listen to reason and apparently there is nobody I can speak to in the cancelation department. This has been going on since 21/06/2013 that is the first email I sent. Is there anyone I can conact to take this further?
