I had to go into your Moreleta Park branch yesterday, and had the pleasure of being helped by Ntanga Dama. She has the most amazing customer service and went out of her way to help me, even though it took longer than we both expected, as I was undecided on what product I wanted. This never became an issue for her and the service just became better as time went by. She is definitely an asset to your company and I would just like to time this time to congratulate her on her stunning service.
