I am tired of being given the run around by your hi-tech dept. I came to your store a month ago to purchase a lap top. As it was out of stock, I was given a rain check and told they would inform me when stock arrives. After 3 visits and 5 phone calls, I have made peace that I will never get that same machine. I went to branch and asked about 3 alternate machines, 1 of them being advertised from this Sunday 21/04/13.All out of stock. Now I am sitting with 2 rain checks and no lap top. Are Game salepeople and managers so well paid, that they can and be arrogant to customers?
