First of all, I sent an email enquiry re. the product I wanted on a Sunday. I received a reply the very next morning which was extremely helpful and in great detail as to my options. I placed an order that morning, paid, sent them proof of payment, AND RECEIVED THE GOODS AT 08h50 THE VERY NEXT DAY - via courier for which I did not have to pay a cent. Yuppiechef delivered from Cape Town to Johannesburg via overnight courier at their own expense. This is definitely the most fantastic service I have ever received and I have recommended them to all my friends.
