I went in yesterday morning so that the guys could see why my car kept pulling to the right. I was helped immediately by a very friendly gent. My car was elevated and I was called to view the result of the computer tests on the wheels of my car. It was explained to me clearly and with an estimation of costs. I asked if it was possible to leave my car there for immediate repair. I was assured that it would take about one hour and I was invited to a comfy seat and coffee. Repairs were completed within an hour, with a report on their progress halfway through the job. The lady in the office had my invoice ready and I could pay and be on my way. What a positive experience, thanks a million, Tiger Wheel & Tyre! Please keep it up throughout 2014 and add another award to your wall. I can see why you have several awards already.
