Cockroach in sealed juice

On 04/01/2014 I bought some juice from my local Woolies store whereby I opened the one orange juice on the 04/01/2014 and had the second one berry blend on the 05/01/2014 where I found a squashed cockroach in the sealed lid of my juice bought. I am a regular buyer at Woolies and spend a lot of money every month there but now feel that this is a hygiene problem and can not blame a courier or store for containing this, as this bottles was sealed from the store and on the inside.

I send them the complaint that same day but ever since have not heard anything of them. It was too late to return it so I threw it away.

I have taken some photos as evidence of this occurrence to send it to them if they ever contact me.
