Poor service

I went in to Polo at Sandton City on Sunday 27/10 to look at purses. I was greeted at the door, but offered no assistance at the counters. There were 2 people looking at one computer, and 2 other ladies standing talking in our vicinity - I find it hard to believe we weren't noticed. Nobody asked if we needed help, and nobody told us they would see to us next. Very disappointed.
