My partner had bought a humidifier from the Mondeor Dis-Chem. The humidifier broke a few months later, but we didn't have the slip to return it. My partner went in to exchange it anyway, I don't know how they verified it, but they were very helpful and took the faulty appliance back. No hassles. No attitude. Very refreshing!
