After sending my complaint with regards to one of the Clover products, I received a phone call from Bianca that took immediate ownership of my complaint. She apologized for the issue at hand and also explained the root cause of my reported problem, as well as what has been done about it. I was really wowed by the friendliness and her being willing to help me. She then informed me about the reimbursement I would receive for the products I purchased, as well as extra for the inconvenience.. Unfortunately due to the strike at the Post Office it was a bit delayed, however I did receive the letter in the post. Thank you Clover and Bianca for your great customer service!!! This was unexpected, what a nice outcome ;)
