Went to watch Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit on Monday, 3 Feb 2014 12:30.
Within 5 minutes in an action scene, the sound was so load that my ears hurt! Went outside to ticket collector to request that they turn the volume down. He came into the theatre, no action scene anymore, and flat ignored the request.
Later with more action scenes I sat with my fingers in my ears it was so loud!
I will think again before going to Irene for a movie as this was not the first time I requested them to turn the volume down!
To Management: a movie does not need to be earbleeding loud to be good or enjoyable! Think of the damage you are causing to younger people's hearing...
