PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM
I HAVE REPORTED MORE THAN A WEEK AGO THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY DSL LINE. I HAVE A 4MB LINE, BUT ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO 0.8MB DOWNLOAD SPEED. THIS ALL HAPPENED AFTER A LIGHTNING STORM WE HAD. I REPORTED THIS TO TELKOM AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS THEIR EXCHANGE THAT WAS DOWN. MORE THAN A WEEK LATER ...
