Several attempts to get a return on a substantial advertising campaign have failed due to the non-performance and non-engagement with us the customer!
Not only did Trudon mess up and not print our print add in the Jhb book! They passed a credit to our internet account and they are now wasting that money on poor keyword selections without consulting us! They do not respond to calls for assistance. We have to go to their offices and then they still don't provide feedback! We have to beg for service. This particular "supervisor" has no idea what his staff members are doing, because he is too important to know the details of a customers needs. Too important to provide any service whatsoever!
The poor rep is powerless and is ignored also but next year they will expect her to sell this rubbish to us again.
