We waited 7 months for our wedding photos where upon we had to hound them, calls were made from my number to and my husband's to try and contact them, we finally got an address from them to collect the goods.
And then she had the nerve to say she contacted us numerous of times to collect we never did. After we had my husband's reseptionist phone her, I phoned her, hounded her was more like it.
We are lucky we got the photographs.
We do not think we got any service at all from her. She has this attitude of " I am right all the time."
