Went to hire suits and paid for them the same day. nothing was every mentioned about a security deposit and no paper work was give. Arrangements were made to collect the suits and on that day we arrived and no one was home. phoned the owner and was spoken to very rudely. denied making any arrangements and was told to come back the next day. that night I received a sms saying I had to pay R500 for a deposit and was told paper work had been sent to me. No paper work was ever received or sent. went to collect the suits and gave the deposit. the woman asked to have her things back the next morning at 10 and I was promised that my deposit would be give back on return of the suits. arrived the next morning at 10 and all was checked by the owner. no problems were pointed out. but when it came to giving my deposit back she came up with a story that her daughter had gone an deposited my money. she promised to do and EFT into my account. Until now nothing has be received by her. she doesn't reply to my messages and ignores my phone calls. Cant believe people can be like this. all in all I paid R1750 for 4 suits that were covered in hair, bow tie didn't even fit and the ties unacceptable.
