I ordered a couple of barstools for our new kitchen. Granted, they did indicate we had to wait a month for delivery. This was three months ago. I just received notice that I now have to wait another three weeks! Now, nobody is going to die by not receiving their barstools, but I shop much online and this moving of the goalposts is not very smart by 5rooms. Just give a straight answer... I fully expect to wait another three weeks and then get told, again, that for some reason the order is delayed. My advice: Don't buy from them. There are much better providers in the market.
Also, I asked for my money back with interest. 'No' was the answer. It would probably be 10 bucks worth of interest and I asked out of principal but the answer remained a flat 'No'.
To be honest, the vindictive me (sorry to say) simply hopes this post hurts them more than the precious ten bucks they save. Its a dumb way to run an online shopping site and they won't see my business again or of all the potential people that saw my spiffy new bar stools and said 'Wow, where did you get those' Wasted opportunity by them.
I will wait some more and see if the barstools come but I am not holding my breath.
