No confirmation e-mails

I want to make a once-off sale on their site, but you must register an account to log in. When I registered the account, a confirmation e-mail was supposed to be sent, but nothing of that kind was done. Their site is pathetic and useless compared to OLX, Gumtree and Junk Mail.
