Just want to commend Diego Manuel from NetFlorist (Paulshof). I called with an accounts query this morning, he was extremely friendly, courteous and professional and to my surprise called back within 10 minutes and he had already ensured that the matter was rectified. Very rare that you get this kind of service - much appreciated and I will definitely be using them in future with all my floral/gift arrangement/deliveries.
