Received excellent service.
On the day of the delivery, there was no one home to receive it. i later discovered that the recipient was away, and would only be returning a week later.
Melwayne agreed to deliver a new bouquet without any additional charges or even a hint of annoyance.
I will definitely be using there services in the future.
