Good Day Sir/Madam
My name is Tony Michael from Maseru Lesotho and a loyal customer of Shoprite for years.

I’m very disappointed with the whoever decision about making the Trifle sponge cubes cakes thiner in a smaller container ???That’s a total disrespect to the customers as myself it’s been over a month I started buying it at R29.99 and just last week I bought again but to my surprise today it’s thiner and a smaller container used at same price R29.99.I have photos as proof, let me know where I must send it for your reference as the HO need to see this dishonest way of cheating loyal customers of Maseru Mall branch. They rather stop producing it as they can’t just jumped from one size to another size in just a week.

Hope my complains will be taken in consideration even though if this product is not an official products of Shoprite BUT action need to be taken as we pay for what is fair.
