I applied for registration of three modules on the 17th January 2012. The balance of my UNISA account was -R200, i paid R1600 in by credit card and received a receipt number 20130117-9836-030 the very same day.
I have paid my money in but my registration is listed as incompleted. This is really ridiculous. unisa is so quick to take money but now i have not been registered in time, i have received no correspondance at all. Because my email address was not changed i did not get any correspondance back. I woud like my monet refunded to my credit card.
