I have contacted College SA more than a year ago to study Project Management. Everything went well - my monthly instalments, my text books delivered on time, EVERYTHING as they stated they are, they delivered!!
But, as I was involved in a family business, I lost my job and soon afterwards ran short on the monthly payments AND my studies also fell behind.
I send them an e-mail and within HOURS I was put back on track even after several months past the due date on my course, NOT CLAIMING any extra costs so that I can continue with my studies AND get my qualification!!
