Besides sending books late, sending outdated books, outdated software and taking their time to send you the correct books after complaints, you don't have access to their tutors - contrary to their advertising! They seem to be holy people protected like precious gold. You ask a question, and they come back to you within 3 days. Via email without talking to you! Then they give you ridiculous answers by just referring to page numbers and paragraphs.
