I bought a Nissan Navara from Nissan Silverton, where i traded my VW Polo 1.6 hatch in March 2013. My car was fully paid up, but they still debited my monthly instalment for that month, which they said they would reimburse... however they are reimbursing it in instalments and not the total amount. A portion of the shortfall was paid in March 2013... but the other half is still not paid, i keep calling them and sending them emails to enquire about this matter... however they are suddenly telling me that the board that covers the boot is broken and the customer that they sold it to is complaining and that i therefore need to replace this board. What i fail to understand is that when i traded the car in they do an inspection this i was not told about... which clearly meant the car was in good condition and had no problems, but now they are supposed to pay back they have issues.
