I work at the airport and every once in a while it is a real treat for me to buy the chilli russian combo with chips and a coldrink. i never have an issue with service and my order is always 100% perfect! however, tonight, i placed my same order, indicating on the picture what I want, without even taking note of the receipt and what I had paid. When the lady brought me my order, I asked about the coldrink and was told that this was not what i ordered, she came with a bad attitude and made me feel so stupid in front of other customers that were standing there, so i did not argue. but when i got to the office to eat my food, the russian was not even a chilli one and i barely had any chips, compared to what i normally get. i was so frustrated and disappointed, but obviously had no time to go back to her to complain, not to mention how stupid she made me feel originally, after i had been extremely nice
