I don't like complaining via sites like Hello Peter unless I get the chance to complain to management and it is not resolved. Sadly, I only visit this particular outlet once every 3 months or so. I usually frequent the one in Farramere, about twice a week.
I went to the drive through at Greenstone and ordered a streetwise with pap. Sadly, when I got home, I found that there was pap but no gravy.
I really don't like doing this as I don't want to get anyone into trouble for a slight mishap. I would have returned to complain and pick up my missing gravy had I been within a reasonable distance from the store. As I live in Benoni, that was not really an option.
I really understand that mistakes do happen. I just wish this mistake happened at the Farramere outlet because pap without the gravy is really bland.
