If you want to eat fresh and decadent KFC, don't go to the KFC on Louise Botha (Orange Grove). Supporting them for the last year, disappointment each time.
Service is clearly of no importance to them.
With our orders constantly being taken incorrectly, we always end up with food items that we either don't want. The staff's reaction: "You have to take the order, even if we made the mistake, cause if you don't, we have to pay for it." T
Food items we have paid for would sometimes not be packed in the brown take away bag and we will get home only to notice that our order wasn't packed in full.
The produce is old. Don't order burgers or salads unless you want brown lettuce, moldy onions or old crispy bread rolls. According to them its suitable to give it to clients cause it's "fresh".
Service through drive through is another story. If you are reading the board what to order, the lady at window taking orders tells you straight: "hurry up, you are wasting my time." But we have to wait in parking lot for our food as it's taking forever.
Comparing there food to other KFC branches, it's tasteless and un appetizing.
This branch is giving kfc a bad name.
