I went to jaipur palace last night to puchase mutton breyanis. Upon recieving my order i noticed that we were served with sour milk salad and dhall and no carrot salad. I asked the cashier who then asked the kitchen staff if i could change the sour milk salad for carrot salad and they refused to telling me that i had to purchase carrot salad. I asked for a mild food and reieved hot wich i was unable to eat and my wife bearly ate. Being and indian cusine restuarant i would expect them to be more courteous and to know that all indian curries are served with carrot salad and i dont see why breyanis should be any different. I also dint see how changing a simple salad is going to make them run at a loss
