No contact details. No policy, no in-force illust

Ametlife is deducting money from my bank account for years now. I don't know for what!!! I have no policy papers and never ever received any correspondence or contact from them. I cant contact them because any address or telephone numbers in South Africa don't exist at all. But every month they took my money for nothing!!
