On Friday 24 January, on William Nicol drive, a taxi with Standard Bank branding all over it, sped down the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic, nearly taking out a pointsman and then proceeded to halt in the middle of the road trying to squeeze into the row of backed up traffic. This happens on a daily basis on this stretch of road and sooner or later someone is going to get hurt due to this misconduct. I wish to make Standard Bank aware of this atrocity (I have photographic evidence), and urge them to reconsider this marketing strategy. Surely this is not the image you wish to portray to your clients?
