Vulger Language and bad client skills

The above mentioned person have no way in speaking when calling my wife. On numerous occasions, my wife asked them to contact me with regards to making payment arrangements. Till this day, i have not received one phone call. I have tried to contact the number that was supplied, but the phone just rings. I would appreciate it if someone can contact me so that i can deal with them directly. Clinton
